Built for the way information actually arrives

Useful work rarely begins with a perfect folder structure. It begins with a pasted thought, a code file, a PDF, a screenshot, a link, an email, a drawing, or a task that needs context. TWYXT Life is designed to accept that mixed reality first and ask for organization only when organization improves the result.

The goal is not simply to store more material. It is to shorten the distance between something arriving and that material becoming evidence, understanding, a decision, or accountable action.

The Note is the center of the system

A TWYXT Life Workspace is the boundary for people, settings, content, permissions, and intelligence policy. Inside it, a Note becomes the durable context container for the work around it:

  • Inbox or Project: a useful location without forcing a deep folder maze.
  • Note: the central knowledge and action record.
  • Tasks: structured action that retains the reason it exists.
  • Files: private originals, revisions, previews, extraction status, and authorized downloads.
  • Links: a URL plus commentary, retrieved evidence, and status.
  • Drawings: editable visual thinking with a generated preview and Note context.
  • Code and rich content: workable representations that stay connected to their original source.
  • Summaries and Briefs: derived aids for navigation and synthesis—not replacements for the source.

From capture to usefulness

  1. Arrival: text, Files, Links, code, images, email, Tasks, and Drawings enter through the capture path that fits.
  2. Preservation: the original is saved privately before enrichment begins.
  3. Connection: the Note keeps evidence, commentary, action, and Project context together.
  4. Processing: eligible extraction, previews, indexing, and enrichment can run without blocking capture.
  5. Understanding: titles, Tags, excerpts, summaries, Briefs, and suggestions make the material easier to scan.
  6. Retrieval: search, filters, views, Project context, and TWYXTER return people to the right evidence.
  7. Action and sharing: Tasks, exports, email snapshots, downloads, and controlled links move the work forward.

Useful without demanding a database designer

TWYXT Life intentionally uses shallow organization: Inbox, a top-level Project, and one exposed child-Project level. That is enough context for real work without asking every person to maintain a complex hierarchy before they can contribute.

Workspace-aware search, pinning, sorting, filters, collections, revisions, exports, and multiple views let people return to knowledge through the path that fits the moment.

What makes the workflow different

Current capability boundary

Notes, Projects, Tasks, Files, Links, Drawings, code, search, summaries, Briefs, exports, and contextual TWYXTER experiences have implementation evidence. Private originals remain Note-owned, and background-processing failures are not intended to remove the source.

Broad OCR, universal image understanding, archive indexing, durable semantic memory across every conversation, and connections to every third-party tool should not be assumed. Those capabilities require separate verification before they are marketed as available.
