Approved commercial direction — not yet a public checkout offer. Inform, Insight, and Integrate are the approved customer-facing tier names and values. The production catalog remains in a controlled transition, and public checkout, enforceable Stored Data metering, managed AI Credit accounting, and add-on fulfillment must pass their launch gates before these figures are presented as active service.

One complete workspace in every tier

Every paid tier is designed to receive the complete TWYXT Life workflow: Notes, Projects, Tasks, Files, Links, Drawings, code, search, summaries, Briefs, sharing controls, downloads, and exports. The principal tier differences are the TWYXTER information boundary and the planned included capacity.

Inform — $10 monthly / $100 annually per paid seat

Make what you have useful. Inform is the approved Most Popular plan. It pairs the complete Workspace with Grounded TWYXTER for questions constrained to authorized TWYXT knowledge and native citations.

Insight — $20 monthly / $200 annually per paid seat

Understand and improve what you have. Insight adds Hybrid TWYXTER, combining authorized Workspace context with broader model knowledge while keeping the source boundary understandable.

Integrate — $30 monthly / $300 annually per paid seat

Connect what you have with broader knowledge and the tools you already use. Integrate adds Research TWYXTER for combining TWYXT evidence, broader intelligence, current public web research, and external citations.

“Integrate” does not mean every external tool is already connected. Each integration must be supported and verified.

How planned capacity works

Stored Data and AI Credits are the two approved customer-facing capacity concepts. Included capacity is intended to accrue per paid seat and pool at the Workspace. For example, two Insight seats would create a planned 50 GB Stored Data pool and 500 monthly AI Credits.

AI Credits are intended to represent understandable customer actions rather than raw provider calls. A visible action may require multiple requests, tools, or retries. The final ledger, reservations, exhaustion behavior, operation weights, and customer balances are not yet active promises.

Approved add-on direction

• Storage Pack 10: $5 per month per Workspace for an additional 10 GB
• Storage Pack 25: $10 per month per Workspace for an additional 25 GB
• AI Pack 100: $5 per month per Workspace for 100 additional monthly AI Credits
• AI Pack 250: $10 per month per Workspace for 250 additional monthly AI Credits

These add-ons exist only as inactive, invisible catalog records today. They are not connected to public checkout, recurring fulfillment, or live allowance recalculation.

Annual pricing, trials, and continuity

Annual pricing is intentionally simple: pay for ten months and receive twelve. The approved capacity model still grants monthly entitlements according to the final billing policy rather than delivering a year of AI Credits at once.

The middle-tier catalog records currently carry a seven-day trial field, but public no-card trial terms and shared trial Credit policy remain launch decisions.

If assisted allowance is unavailable or exhausted, the intended behavior is to pause only TWYXT-funded AI. Saved content, search, Tasks, Files, Links, Drawings, downloads, exports, and other ordinary Workspace functions continue.
